“I'm more loving towards myself and more trusting and confident. My mistakes don’t hold me back, I learn from them and move closer to Allah. All the sessions have been impactful because they build on one another. The first session (masterclass) made the biggest impact because it started me on the journey to recognizing that feeling betrayed by loved ones is just a love letter from Allah to heal me, free me from distractions of my journey towards Him. I look forward to the sessions because they all move me in my journey. It’s not the content but the vessel through which they come. I like how the modules all naturally fit together to make me truly fall in love with myself, the self Allah created, recognizing the behaviors that do not befit that noble creation of Allah and letting them pass with compassion while I continuously turn and return to Allah with increasing confidence. Alhamdulillah, I'm improving in all areas. Financial awareness and business are areas I am currently focusing more on.”

We had a session recently where Rayesa helped me unpack what happens when I feel triggered by a behavior or comment from my husband. I was able to see very clearly that my reaction has to do with the story I’m telling myself in my head that is not true and my separate reality that I am experiencing. I’ve learned how to pause, become aware of my thinking, and reconnect with myself and Allah to make space for wisdom. I’ve also learned that I’ve been looking for my source of safety and security from outside rather than from Allah. Another session that was powerful for me was learning how to set clear boundaries and limits.
